kishmish

Raisins, also known as Kishmish or Kismis, are dried grapes that are sweet and have an impressive nutritional profile. These are made by drying grapes either under the sun or using dehydrators. These tiny powerhouses of nutrients come in a variety of colours, sizes, and flavours.

Raisins contain a good amount of fibre, vitamins, and minerals. They have a chewy texture and have been enjoyed for centuries as a raw dry fruit and also in a variety of dishes. Dry grape’s benefits range from boosting iron levels to promoting digestion, boosting immunity, etc. However, like all other foods, you must consume raisins in moderation as these little morsels are high in sugar.

I ordered on Friday evening and on Monday at 12:30 the package was with me. I have never encountered such a fast order processing.
